Event Planning

Event planning for large and small-scale projects including seminars, networking events, trade shows, as well as social events. Special attention is given to every detail and aspect of the event in order to guarantee a stress free and successful function.

The client determines the level of assistance and may include but is not limited to setting dates, selecting and reserving an event site, coordinating transportation and parking, developing a theme, arranging for speakers, coordinating and arranging decor, tables, chairs, tents, event support, security, catering and cleanup.
